"Disappointing quality and frustrating experience"
I was disappointed with the wallpaper I ordered from wallpaperstogo.com. The texture wasn’t at all what I expected — it felt thin and kind of plasticky instead of having that nicer paper feel I thought I was paying for. Once it was up, the finish looked patchy in normal light too, with dull spots in some areas and shiny spots in others, so the wall ended up looking uneven. I tried to figure out if maybe I just got a bad batch, but I felt like I was being passed around instead of getting any real help. For the price, I really expected better. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Refund took way too long"
I returned my wallpaper and expected the refund to be straightforward, but I ended up waiting weeks. I had to chase them twice before anything moved along, which was really frustrating from my point of view. Not a great experience for me

"Good wallpaper for the price"
The wallpaper looked just like the pictures, and the quality was good for what I paid. It was useful for updating the room without spending too much. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. I also had a question and customer service got back to me the next day. Overall, I’m happy with it, I just wish the tracking info had been a bit clearer.

"Nice pattern, but the roll arrived damaged"
I really liked the pattern, so I was a bit disappointed when I unrolled it and noticed the roll had dents and one edge was messed up. Maybe I should’ve checked it right away instead of leaving it sitting for a bit, but it still wasn’t in the best shape when I got to it.

"Not what I expected at all"
I ordered wallpaper from wallpaperstogo.com because the listing made it sound like it had a soft beige color with a nice textured look. That was pretty much exactly what I needed, so I felt good about buying it.
When it showed up, though, it looked totally different 😕. The color was much darker, almost gray, and it had a flat look instead of the texture I thought I was getting from the photos and description.

I reached out to customer service, but they just kept saying colors can vary. I get that a little variation can happen, but this felt like a completely different product. Super frustrating, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Tracking Was Useless"
I ordered some wallpaper and the tracking basically didn’t tell me anything. It just kind of sat there for days, and I kept checking because I had no idea what was going on. I emailed about it, but the reply wasn’t really helpful, felt like they didn’t know much more than I did. So I was just left waiting around, not knowing where the order was or when it might show up. Frustrating, honestly.

"Had to keep chasing for my refund"
The return process took way longer than it should have. I sent everything back and then had to keep chasing them for updates, which was really frustrating. I’m still waiting on my refund, so overall it’s been a disappointing experience

I kind of had a feeling the color might look different in person, and unfortunately I was right. It’s way darker than it looks in the photos, so if you’re expecting the lighter shade shown online, just keep that in mind.

My order showed up a few days later than expected, but everything was in good shape when it arrived. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the tracking—it didn’t really update clearly, so I wasn’t totally sure where the package was for a while

Am I missing something, or did the shipping feel a bit slower than usual? It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it took about a week longer than I expected. The package did show up in good shape though, so overall it was okay.

The wallpaper was pretty much what I expected and looked like what I ordered, so no real complaints there. I’m not totally sure what shipping usually runs for this kind of thing, but the delivery cost did feel a bit high to me and made the total more than I thought it would be. The site was easy enough to use, though. I just wish the shipping fee had been a little more reasonable.

Found the wallpaper I was looking for quickly. Which was nice, because I’d already been through a few sites and was kind of over it. Checkout was simple too. The pages loaded fine, options were laid out clearly enough. I did pause for a bit to double-check how many rolls I needed, so that part took me a minute. But ordering was easy overall. Giving it 4 stars because it could feel a little smoother, but nothing major

I stopped in and they actually had the stuff I was looking for in stock, which was nice. I feel like half the time I go somewhere I end up wandering around only to find empty shelves, but this trip was easy. Grabbed what I needed and got on with my day.

The samples were actually useful, and the ordering process was straightforward overall. That said, I did feel like the experience could’ve been better, especially for the time and effort involved. I’m hoping they’ll consider offering some kind of compensation or credit, because while it wasn’t a bad experience, it didn’t fully meet my expectations either.

"Found What I Needed, But the Site Could Be Smoother"
I was able to find what I was looking for, so overall it worked out okay. The website did feel a little clunky at times, though, and a few pages seemed to load slower than I’d expect. The filters could probably be improved too, since they weren’t always as helpful as I hoped. That said, the pictures were useful, and checkout was easy once I finally got to that point. Not a bad experience, just feels like the site could use a bit of fine-tuning.

"Holding up better than I expected"
We put wallpaper from wallpaperstogo in our hallway, the one that gets knocked into all the time with the kids and backpacks and everything. I wasn’t totally sure how it would hold up, because I figured it might scratch or start peeling fast. But so far it’s been really good. It went on smoothly, and a few months later it still looks basically the same. I’ve had to wipe it down a couple times too, and it didn’t mess up the finish or anything. For that spot in the house, it’s worked out way better than I expected. I’d use it again...
